Managing Director of Hina, lead investment banking business in M&A，with near 20 years of experience in finance industry.
Used to work as investment director and head of technology sector in the strategic investment department of JD.com group. During this period, he led numbers of M&A and strategic investment transactions in technology sector, especially in cloud computing and AI, for JD group. Before joining JD, he worked at Hong Kong Oriental Patron Finance Group and China-ASEAN Investment Fund as a PE investor. Prior to that, he was a senior manager in KPMG.
Mr. Gong holds a MBA degree from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, and a bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics from the Central University of Finance and Economics.
