- Lead technology and semiconductor industries of Hina investment banking department, with 15 years of experience in finance industry.
- Used to work as managing director of North Beta Capital and was responsible for FA business in deep technology industries. He led numbers of private equity financing such as Black Sesame Technologies, Nurlink, Ulti Chip etc. He has also served as fund manager of JT Asset Management, sell side research analyst of Galaxy Securities, IB department of Haitong Securities etc. Successfully listed investment portfolios included: Guangdong Wencan Die Casting Co., Ltd., China Hiron, JIECHANG, Jingjin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., Keanda, Aladdin etc.
- Mr. Wang holds a master’s degree in financial management from the Australian National University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Economics from the University of Auckland. He is a CFA charter holder.
