Mr. Ken Tsang is a co-founder of
The Hina Group. Before establishing Hina, Mr. Tsang was at Credit
Suisse First Boston, where he headed up the Technology Group Investment
Banking division for several key sectors in Asia, including Internet
and data services, software and IT consulting, communications equipment
and PC hardware. Mr. Tsang was one of the original members of CSFB's
Asia Technology practice which was ranked "Best Technology Team
in Asia" by Finance Asia in 2001.
Prior to forming the CSFB Asia Technology Group, Mr. Tsang was part of CSFB's Mergers and Acquisitions Group, responsible for the origination and execution of cross border M&A transactions in the Asia-Pacific. He advised on numerous transactions including PLDT's merger with Smart Communications (ranked "Best M&A Deal in Asia" by Finance Asia). Before joining CSFB, Mr. Tsang was at Arthur Andersen in their Business Consulting group.
Mr. Tsang holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA (Honors), graduating on the Dean’s List from the University of Waterloo, Canada. He is also a CFA charter-holder and a Chartered Accountant from Canada.
