(November 28th, 2016, Beijing, China) Leading Chinese fresh produce e-commerce platform Yiguo announced today its closing of hundreds of millions of dollars’ C+ round financing led by Suning Commerce Group, China’s largest retailer. Other Investors include: Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Fidelity, Bank of China International, etc. The Hina Group and Credit Suisse acted as Yiguo’s co-chair financial advisors.
An agreement of strategic alliance has also been signed between Suning and Yiguo. Yiguo will now actively manage Suning’s online channels, and will also be the primary O2O supplier for Suning. This strategic alliance will combine Yiguo’s online expertise and channels with Suning’s vast offline networks.
