- Managing Director of Hina, lead healthcare industry of investment banking department, with 15 years of experience in finance industry.
- Since joining Hina, he has led multiple rounds financing of Angel Medical, QuantumTec Medical, Gene+, AKL Health; has invested Arrail Dental (6639.HK), United Family Healthcare; and has designed and helped raising the Huagai Healthcare S Fund.
- Before joining Hina, Mr. Wu used to work as Executive Director of PingAn Asset Management, Director of Taikang Asset Management, and Senior Manager of COFCO Strategic and M&A Department. He led or participated in investing Innovent Bio (1801.HK), EOC Pharma, Angel Medical, Biosensors, RRS Logistics, Cowin Capital (832793.NQ), COFCO Womai, M&A of Nidera, M&A of Noble Agri etc..
- Mr. Wu holds an MBA degree from Tsinghua-MIT, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Peking University.
