Mr. Weichou Su is a Managing Director of the Hina Group. Mr. Su came from a strong operational background in the information technology and telecommunications sector. He has held a number of senior executive positions with global and Asia Pacific responsibilities at blue-chip telecom firms. At Reach, Asia's largest regional telecom infrastructure service provider, Mr. Su was Senior Vice President and Managing Director for Global Data Services and Customer Management. Reach is a joint venture between Telstra and PCCW, and it also acquired the Asia asset of Level 3 Communications. At Level 3, Mr. Su was Corporate Vice President and Managing Director for Asia Pacific. Level 3 is a global leader in IP-related services and operates one of the largest internet backbone networks in the world. Mr. Su has also served as General Manager for Asia Pacific for GRIC Communications, the company that was a market leader and the first to introduce internet roaming in the world.

Mr. Su also has a strong understanding of China's dynamic telecommunications and technology market. He was Vice President for Business Development at BellSouth Corporation (China) where he led its investment and joint venture projects. Prior to BellSouth, Mr. Su was Managing Director of the U. S. Information Technology Office (USITO) where he served as an industry leader to promote trade and investment in the technology sector. USITO represented four leading U.S. high tech trade associations in the software, electronics, telecommunications and semi-conductor industries, with over 6000 member companies.

Mr. Su holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also has an MA in International Political Economy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
