Before joining The Hina Group, Mr. Zhu is the Executive Director of China Euro Securities Ltd. He is in charge of the team to advise the National Council for Social Security Fund's strategic investment into China Industrial & Commercial Bank and executed the split share structure reform for CITIC Guoan Information Industry Co., Ltd. & ChengDe Fantai Co., Ltd.

Before moving to the United States in 2001, Mr. Zhu served as Vice President at First Capital Securities Company and was responsible for the company's capital expansion from $10 million to $100 million.

Mr. Zhu also has 4 years working experience in China Securities Regulatory Commission and The Securities Association of China.

Mr. Zhu got his MBA degree from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He graduated from the Beijing Technology and Business University and the Chinese Academy of Social Science.
