Jean Liu serves as Finance Director of The Hina Group. Before joining The Hina Group, Ms. Liu served as a Financial Analyst for Morgan Stanley Properties, dealing with non-performing loans in the Chinese financing industry.

Before joining Morgan Stanley Properties, Jean Liu worked at CNSGC-DEKALB Seed Co. Ltd. In 2000, she began work on a joint venture between Monsanto US and China National Seed Group Co. More specifically, she participated in the Chinese side of the CNSGC IPO project, setup the ISMS system for the JV, and coordinated the enterprise with Monsanto’s overseas team. She began her professional career as a financial supervisor for Beijing HILTI (CHINA) Co. Ltd.

Ms. Liu has spent more than 12 years in a financial managerial position within several multinational corporations. Ms. Liu possesses a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in overseeing the operations and management of start-up enterprises.

Jean Liu is a Certified General Accountant and she earned her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Tianjin Financial & Economics University.
