Mr. Zhang Yucai is the Vice President of HR & Admin of The Hina Group. Prior to joining The Hina Group, Mr. Zhang was the HR Director of Panasonic Electronic Devices（Beijing）Co.,Ltd. His long-term success in HR management and rich experience in Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Training and Employee Relationship have won him prestige in the field. Mr. Zhang has been recognized for his innovative ideas and practices by Beijing TV as well as professional magazines like 《Human Capital》and 《Occupation》.

As one of the key HR executives for the North Asia Region for Panasonic Group, Mr. Zhang furthered his expertise with several high level trainings, including “Senior Business Management Training Program for Modern Enterprises” sponsored by Ministory of Information Technology and Japan’s The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS). He also participated in the Executive Development/Panasonic MBA program jointly held by Guanghua School of Management (Peking University) and Overseas Training Center of Panasonic Group. In 2005, Mr. Zhang was granted the title of Senior Economist.

Mr. Zhang holds a Master of Science in Public Management from Peking University and a Bachelor degree of Law from China Youth University for Political Sciences.
