Victor joined The Hina Group with significant experience in business strategy and finance. Prior to joining Hina, Victor worked at Crosslink Capital, a leading Silicon Valley venture capital firm. At Crosslink, he was responsible for sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities for the Core Technology team that covered a variety of industries including semiconductors, communications, clean technology, and advanced materials.

Prior to joining Crosslink Capital, Victor was a strategy consultant at the Monitor Group. While there, he advised Fortune 500 companies across IT, biotech, retail, and automotive industries in a wide spectrum of business issues. Victor began his professional career as a technologist at MIT, where he was the project manager for MIT WebLab, an online education initiative funded by Microsoft and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Victor earned his B.S. and M.Eng in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
