Mr. Zhihua Yu is an Managing Director of the Hina Group. Prior to joining Hina Group, Mr. Yu has held senior executive positions at a number of firms in different industries. He has plenty of experience in financial management, debt financing, equity private placement, investment and acquisition, strategic positioning, operation management. Mr. Yu has very good relationship with Chinese government and SOE because he used to study the reform of Chinese SOE in Ministry of Finance of China for many years.

After graduating from People’s University of China, Mr. Yu worked in Ministry of Finance of China and his major responsibilities are studying the reform of Chinese SOE and designing the tax policy. He played an important role in reforming the distributional relationship between government and SOE and was one of the most important designers of the current corporate income tax code of China. Mr. Yu used to work in Deloitte Touche as a financial consultant. He took a CFO position in Bit Technology Holdings, which was listed on Shengzhen Stock Exchange of China. Just about 2 months after he joined the company, he helped the company raise 200 million RMB through bank loan. He also successfully finished the other responsibilities such as the new stock issuance and project investment. Mr. Yu worked in Potevio-Smartcomm as VP and CFO. With his efforts, a bank agreed to lend the company 100 million RMB and a famous Venture Capital agreed to invest 6 million US dollars in a very short time, and he also made very important contribution to the sales of the company. Just prior to joining Hina Group, Mr. Yu worked in Golden Century Website as VP and CFO. Besides his outstanding performance in financial management, financing and acquisition, he led the business operation of the company such as strategic cooperation, BD, product management, sales and customer service and played a key role in the rapid growth of the company in recent couple of years.

Mr. Yu earned a BS in Finance from the Renmin University of China. He also earned and an MA in taxation and an MBA from George Washington University.
