Prior to joining The Hina Group, Mr. Guangyu Xu was an Assistant to the Vice President at Startimes Communication Network in Beijing where he participated in fundraising, establishing joint ventures and preparing the company's IPO. Before that, he worked as an Assistant at AMI, where he organized and implemented numerous market survey projects. Mr. Xu has also worked in the government and at several state owned enterprises in Beijing.

Mr. Xu earned an MBA from Tsinghua University and a BA (Honors) in Economics from Renmin University.
