Executive Director/Vice President, Investment Banking

  •      5+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking, accounting or management consulting firms
  •      Demonstrated capability in deal sourcing and deal execution
  •      Proven leadership in a rapidly changing environment
  •      Comfortable with working on multiple tasks against tight timeline
  •      Abundant industry domain knowledge
  •      Fluent in both Chinese and English, both writing and speaking

Associate/Analyst, Investment Banking

  •      2+ years of relevant working experience in investment banking, accounting or management consulting firms
  •      Graduate from one of top universities, Finance or Accounting major or MBA, exceptional academic grade
  •      Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  •      Fast self-learner
  •      Comfortable with working on multiple tasks under pressure
